Okay, the Victorian Era was in the 19th century, not 18th. You should do a few image searches, then get a ballgown with a vinatge feel. Hair should be put in a bun at the back, with lots of curls hanging down in the front. Blush is very important, but powder your face first.
put hair half up in curls,wear light blue eyeshadow, some eyeliner and a dark red lipstick.
Well nice choice of costume.
Red lipstick
Black eye liner
Grayish-Blackish mascara
Pink blush
You can pick any type of eye shadow(something you like)
Your hair…… You should leave it down and put ant hair accerseries you feel putting on your hair.
