old dark dress form a thrift store
dark makeup (red lipstick pale concealer dark eyeshadow)
some old shoes cheap from the thrift store in a color matching your dress
hair just wear it natural or curl it or straighten it.
that is about it I think have fun!

How old are you (so I know exactly what kind of costume ideas I could give you!)?
You should get a black dress(something princessy), if you don’t already have black hair you can die it(If i was to be a vampire princess, that’s what I would do{BUT I’M A GUY!}). For shoes, the dress will probably cover that. As for makeup, just do something traditionally vampire! A small trickle of blood running down from your mouth, and maybe some vampire teeth.
