I’m thinking of being a polar bear for Halloween, and I already have the hat (one of those beanies with the face on top) so I didn’t want to paint my face to look like a polar bear or anything.
I was thinking some ice-looking eyeshadow, maybe something like they do for ice princess costumes or something. Any other ideas or links to good tutorials would be greatly appreciated (:
white or very light blue sparkly eyeshadow, maybe some black eyeliner, and big long thick eyelashes to make your eyes look stunning. whatever you decied hope you have a good time
