Where can you find the best instructions for "cool" Halloween makeup and home-made costumes? This should include sfx as well as make-up for those with latex allergies. Not for young children. This would be for teens. From very scary to merely spooky to beautiful fairy princess to pop culture to celebrities to crazy funny. Ideas should be fun, fully fleshed out (no pun intended), include all materials needed as well as approximate time to complete. And, this is a biggie, ideas should be mostly original.
