This dress is strapless, neon pink, and has a hugely pouffy tutu like skirt ending above the knee.
I was thinking ballerina (maybe on acid, with lots of bright smudgey makeup), princess, fairy (but i have no wings…) or something prom queeny or pageant contestant-y.
However, I want it to be quirky, so there would have to be a twist. Any ideas?????????

put on a lot of pale makeup
smudge your makeup
screw up your hair
and get a tiara and like, place it weirdly on your head
cut holes in it and put black smugged makeup on then u cn b a dead ballerina

Stood up prom date. Stuff crumpled tissues everywhere on you and apply a buncha mascara than drip water on you face and use blush to make you look bright red. Then sniffle and hug random people.
