I think you should wear either a dark blue or purple eyeshadow
and maybe eyeliner on the bottom waterline?

Depending on how much time you want to spend on your make-up, you could do a black liner on your upper lashline and maybe an electric blue smudged into your lower lashine, black again on the waterline. But, if you want it to be more dramatic, I say go all out with a blue, purple & green smokey eye.

I’d probably go with purple or blue, or even gold. I would probably end up doing gold and a little purple on the bottom using colored eyeliners that would be something unique and different. Arabic makeup, haha. Um, were known for that whole smokey eye thing and this probably isn’t the best costume to do that for, if you were going to be a cat or a cop maybe but not this colorful gypsy costume. Unless you can do the purple smokey eye which is really simple if you have the right colors, but I suggest gold.
