I THINK YOU WANT TO BE A DESCRIPTION BOX FOR HALLOWEEN RIGHT? Okay so this is the first of my Halloween tutorials and I must say I am pretty darn excited for what is to come. This is just kind of a basic tutorial that you can use if you don’t really want to go out and buy a costume. @LegitLlamas it’s a translucent powder that I use under my eyes so any fall out from my makeup falls and it can just be swept away and not sit on my face after hahah
